This weekend I did a little tune for the Commodore VIC-20, an 8 bit computer that was released 36 years ago. I entered it in the Other Platform music competition at the Gubbdata demo party, and someone must have miscounted the votes, because I've been told that it won.The unexpanded VIC has 5 kilobytes of RAM, and the very clever Aleksi Eeben has made a VIC-20 native music editor called "Fisichella", which I used to make my tune.Bonus fact: In German speaking countries the VIC-20 was marketed as the VC-20 ("Volkscomputer") because VIC sounds like a naughty word in German.
Coming soon on VIC20 : "Lala Prologue", a new game by Digital Monastery (Hokuto Force Game Developing Division). code: Majikeyric , original graphics and game concept: The Mojon Twins.https://twitter.com/majikeyric64/status/1013385813441372160
