I've been tinkering with this for about six months, and it's finally just today beginning to look like it might turn into an actual game at some undefined point in the future, so I feel like I can share it here without necessarily shaming myself. It's an action RPG, somewhat like Legend of Zelda, but with an original story inspired by the works of Brecht and Cervantes. It's programmed in a mixture of C and assembly language, with the graphics done in CharPad and SpritePad, some of which is based on work licensed from providers on itch.io -- but of course, I have to redraw everything I use, and that means putting my own spin on it.I don't have a development timeline, a plan for releasing it, or any real promises to make, it's my first real game and I'm learning a lot as I go. If anyone is interested, you can follow the development on Twitter @MOS_8502.
