Changes:
- launch screens
- table selection screen (you can play on 3 table only, and the other one starts, but rather unplayable),
- starting animation of tables when selecting players,
- points can be scored in several places,
- there are 3 balls at the start, but there is not yet introduced game over for the player after losing all the balls,
- one player can be selected during the table animation (F1 key)
