Re:Chameleon
« Respuesta #153 en: Diciembre 01, 2020, 11:25:19 »
Otra actualización disponible, la 9j

FPGA Core:
----------
- on reset initialize CPU port DATA to 0.
- tweak ANE magic constant, fixes Spectipede and Turrican 3
- fixed "Nordic Power" mode in Retro/Nordic Replay emulation
- support "clockport enable" bit in Retro/Nordic Replay emulation
- added optional "B for up" for CDTV remote
- New SID emulation that uses lookup tables for the waveforms, resulting in more
accurate emulation of combined waveforms.
- Fix to get proper values for CIA alarm registers on reset
- Fixed off by one error in the envelope rate generator tables.
- Fix for envelope emulation when starting release while in the attack phase.
- A fix for dmadelay by introducing a delay on the colcounter and starting it
one cycle early.
Assumption is that in the real vic-chip the 10 bit screen address counter is a
ripple counter with extra latch on the output.
- New REU implemenation with prefetching logic to work around Chameleon SDRAM
latency.
This removes an unnecssary dummy cycle and makes the REU emulation cycle
exact.
- Fix REU memory access glitch by giving it one more delay cycle in the system
ram multiplexer. (a hidden bug now visible with previous fix)
- Fixed issue with REU trigger through FF00 while turbo is active.
- Fixed REU register default values after reset.
- Added support for Amiga keyboard connected to the docking-station
- Implemented reconfigurable PLL for the VGA clock. This allows the vga output
to better match the standard vesa resolutions.
- Added vga border option in register D0F2 to assist autoadjust on modern
displays (is active in bootloader and in menu during VGA mode test).
- New VESA video modes added and existing modes adjusted to better match
standard modes. Any non-standard 72 Hz modes have been removed.
- Added logic to select the proper sync. polarity for each VGA mode. Fixed
wrong sync. polarity on V2 hardware.
- Adjust pipeline length of hsync, vsync, ena_rgb to eliminate glitches on the
left side of the screen (was only visible on 1280x1024 resolution)
Menu System:
------------
- BUGFIX: leave clockport setup alone on "Reset to Basic".
- BUGFIX: the filecopy feature of the file browser produced broken files due
to a compiler bug, which has been fixed.
- the easyflash EAPI sets the EF registers to the same values as the original
flash driver at exit of various functions. this increases compatibility
with some (technically buggy) programs that rely on these values.
- sysinfo also shows the current slot as letter
- During the boot loader and the VGA mode test a tiny white border will be
shown around the VGA display area, which will make it easier to adjust and
will make "auto adjust" work better.

http://wiki.icomp.de/w/images/1/15/Chameleon_Beta-9l.zip

Menu System:

- extensive update to the help system contributed by Geert De Prins

FPGA Core:

- Fix in VIC-II emulation, Sprite vs Sprite collisions were wrong for some pixel
  values
- Fixed 512k Ocean Cartridge mapping
- When CPU is crashed, force a reset when pressing the menu button. Allows to
enter the menu when CPU is crashed.
- Fixed REU behavior when triggered by a Read-modify-write instruction operating
  at FF00.
- REU timing fixes. The REU can steal one cycle during badlines or at the
  beginning of sprite DMA.
- REU/VIC-II combined timing fix. Added emulation of slow BA signal for the
first sprite 0 DMA fetch, allowing REU to steal two cycles.

update.prg:
  - after successful update also delete the core file that was flashed

flasher:
  - fixed a bug that would result in the wrong core flashed to v1 hardware

Pocas cosas mejoradas.

Re:Chameleon

Una nueva, esta vez la 9o

http://wiki.icomp.de/w/images/e/e0/Chameleon_Beta-9o.zip

FPGA Core:
- Added 720x576 resolutions
Filebrowser:
- G64 files can be autostarted by pressing RETURN on them in the file browser
- D64 and G64 files can be autostarted by using CBM+E (execute) action, which
is also available in the file-action menu (space)
- enabled copying files into D64 images
- (re)enabled "rename" in the file-action (space) menu in CDTV mode
- BUGFIX: disabled "rename" and "delete" for the ".." entry in the file-action
menu (space)
- BUGFIX: "Browser starts with 2 Panels" settings did not work when a Panel
was switched to full size when leaving the Browser
- BUGFIX: Files with unknown extension were always recognized as .bin files,
which made the common fallback action pointless. Now files without
any extension are assumed to be binaries, all other files use the
default fallback action.
Monitor:
- BUGFIX: fixed output of the "mc" command so it always shows character blocks
aligned to 8 bytes. this also fixes the broken forward scrolling.
Header:
- Renamed VGAMODE and VGACTRL to VGAMOD and VGACFG to match the progmanual
- Removed obsolete VGA related defines
